our programs

At IPELC, our programs support every stage of your child’s development—from gentle infant care to preschool exploration. In our learning centers, children engage in activities that spark curiosity, encourage problem-solving, and foster connections with their peers. Whether it’s a baby’s first sensory discovery, a toddler’s growing independence, or a preschooler’s creative project, each program blends nurturing care with educational adventure.

How old is your child?

Infants

6 weeks–14 months

Our infant program provides full- and part-time care for babies from 6 weeks old. Our trained teachers create strong bonds with each infant in this nurturing environment, offering responsive care that ensures your little one feels safe and loved. We focus on interactive care and play to help infants reach their milestones and standards for child development.

  • We create a well-organized space with age-appropriate toys and soothing background music, helping babies feel comfortable as they explore and grow.

  • While they may be emotionally soothing for babies, swings, bouncy chairs, and exersaucers limit interaction with caregivers and classmates, hindering playtime and gross motor development. Our program emphasizes freedom of movement. We avoid stationary equipment to encourage natural development and promote interaction with caregivers and peers.

  • Safe, open spaces allow babies to develop critical physical skills. Our environment supports natural progression through milestones like sitting, reaching with accuracy, pushing up, crawling, cruising, standing unsupported, and walking.

  • We work closely with parents to establish individual nap, feeding, and play schedules. Our teachers provide comforting, one-on-one attention when babies need soothing, holding and comforting them when they are upset and ensuring each child receives the love and attention they need throughout the day.

Toddlers

15 months–2 years

In our toddler program, we embrace this exciting age’s boundless energy and curiosity. Our highly trained teachers channel this enthusiasm into learning experiences that support all areas of development, whether climbing, catching, or crawling, to support motor skills development, encouraging language development through reading and the introduction of first words.

We create personalized lesson plans that engage each child in activities promoting physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and language growth. Through play-based learning, toddlers develop essential skills while exploring the world around them.

  • Our big, open classrooms and inviting spaces allow toddlers to move freely and safely as they explore their environment.

  • We provide numerous opportunities for toddlers to practice and refine motor skills through activities like running, ball play, puzzle-solving, and artistic expression.

  • Our staff actively engages our toddlers in pretend play, exploring daily routines and learning social rules, which help them make sense of their world and enhance their problem-solving abilities.

  • Our responsive teachers guide toddlers as they navigate newfound independence, helping them understand and manage their emotions while learning to interact with others.

  • Our teachers use many creative ways to help develop your child’s language skills and vocabulary. They range from reading books and short stories and using descriptive words to playing music and fingerplays and introducing them to new words daily.

Twos & Threes

2–3 years

Our program for two- and three year-olds celebrates their blossoming independence and insatiable curiosity. We create an environment where these eager learners can safely explore, experiment, and discover.

Our teachers foster each child’s natural desire to learn, providing guidance and encouragement as they navigate new experiences. Whether they’re constructing towering block structures or leading imaginary orchestras, we use these moments to build solid foundations for future learning.

  • We encourage self-help skills and decision-making to support growing autonomy.

  • Our activities help refine fine and gross motor skills, from art projects to outdoor play.

  • We provide opportunities for cooperative play and sharing to foster positive peer interactions.

  • Through puzzles, sorting games, and exploratory play, we introduce early math and science concepts.

  • Art, music, and dramatic play allow children to express themselves and explore their imagination.

Preschool

3–5 years

Our preschool program celebrates the growing expertise and boundless curiosity of children aged 3 to 5. As their language skills blossom and their imaginations soar, we provide an environment rich with opportunities for exploration and discovery.

At IPELC, we embrace each child’s natural curiosity. We design innovative activities that nurture physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and language development. Our supportive, positive atmosphere encourages children to learn at their own pace, building confidence as they tackle new challenges.

  • We encourage children to ask questions and seek answers, fostering a love for learning.

  • We help children understand and manage their emotions while building positive relationships with peers.

  • Each child is supported to learn and grow at their own comfortable speed.

  • We create a space where children feel safe to try new things without fear of failure.
