We are the sole owners of the information collected on this website. We only have access to and collect information that you voluntarily give to us via e-mail or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

When sharing personal information we release limited information as required for the function that will be performed by the representative on our behalf. We also ensure that every representative is clear on their obligation to protect personal information and only use the information for the purpose(s) for which it is being provided.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Youth Talk to your caregiver. Caseworker Contact the Regional DCFS Office of Legal Services. The Regional Counsel from the DCFS Office of Legal Services will contact the DCFS Guardianship Administrator about taking action to protect a youth’s information.
